Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY)

Fresh Lifelines for Youth helps teens in trouble learn to make healthy decisions. The organization provides at-risk and disadvantaged youth with vital information regarding the decisions they make in their lives. We provide well-trained mentors who listen. And FLY gives its graduates the opportunity to advance to a leadership program where they use their knowledge and skills to give back to their communities.

Friends for Youth, Inc.

1741 Broadway
Redwood City, CA 94063
Phone: 650.368.4444

Founded in 1979, Friends for Youth's Mentoring Services program has had success far beyond the national average in helping young people stay out of trouble. Over 1,650 youth have been in our program with over 88% maintaining their commitment to their mentoring relationship. Studies have consistently shown that youth in our program stay in school, improve their school performance, are more motivated, and rarely have future involvement with the Juvenile Justice System.
