Applications for athletic field rentals are accepted two times a year for priority consideration. Application deadlines are on December 31st for use March-July and on June 30th for use August-December.
Applications will be accepted year round and must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date(s). These applications will not be considered for priority assignments if submitted after the deadline.
FIELD USER MEETINGS
Two times per year, generally in the months of February and July the City will hold a meeting for Field User Groups who regularly use the City's athletic fields. A representative from each organization is required to attend. Mountain View community members are also welcome attend. Mountain View residents and businesses interested in field reservations or the Field User Group meetings should call (650) 903-6412. These reservations are for youth sport groups, adult sport groups, and those who are not participating in the division's adult leagues but wish to use City fields.Athletic Field Reservation Application (PDF)
