Donations and Giving Tree

The Senior Center's mission is to provide programs that meet the individual needs of seniors, promote personal growth and socialization, and foster feelings of achievement, companionship and well-being.

Interested in making a donation to the Mountain View Senior Center?
Want a personalized message that will be displayed at the Senior Center for years to come?

Donations of $25 or more are recognized on the Senior Center's Giving Tree (pictured above).

It's easy to do!!!! Follow these easy steps....

Download the application here.
Determine the message you would like on your leaf.
Fill it out, attach a check or money order, and mail to the Senior Center:
Senior Center - Senior Recreation Coordinator
266 Escuela Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94040
Once you've submitted your application you'll receive a confirmation letter regarding the text you'd like on your personalized leaf.
Please allow up to 3 months for your leaf to be complete and mounted on the Senior Center Giving Tree.
