Parking permits are available for businesses, their employees, and downtown residents to purchase on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
- Daily permits are $1.60
- Monthly permits are $40.00
- Annual permits are: $240.00
Eligible applicants must have a place of business, be employed by a business or be a resident located within the Downtown Parking District (map below).
Permits may be purchased in person with a business check at the City's finance and Administrative Services Department, City Hall, Second Floor, 500 Castro Street, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
A current business license is required in order for an employee of a business or a representative of a business to purchase a parking permit. Parking permit holders may park up to eight hours per day in designated lots and on two levels of the downtown parking structure.
